About the Role

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent our brand and culture by delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll build lasting relationships, provide attentive service, and contribute to the branch's success using cutting-edge financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/cancelling meetings using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Ability to put clients first, exceed expectations, and create a welcoming environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, engage clients, and resolve issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cash handling experience.
