Process Orientation

Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.

Teamwork

Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.

Parts Sales & Inventory Management

Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.

Commercial Account Support

Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.

Problem Solving

Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Flexible Schedule: Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail Experience: Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
