Leadership
- Aid the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
- Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
- Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
Parts Sales & Inventory Management
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
Commercial Account Support
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
Problem Solving
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
- Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
