Hourly Rate/Salary

The hourly rate/salary for this role is $22-25 per hour DOE.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services to and from destinations for clients.
• Help clients enter and exit wheelchairs to ensure safety.
• Offer a friendly and welcoming experience for residents and team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Driver’s License (some positions may require a CDL).
• Show excellent time management skills.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Be flexible with work schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• May need additional pre-employment screenings, such as a physical, TB test, and fingerprinting, based on federal, local, and state guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100+ lbs (assisting residents in/out of wheelchairs).
