Responsibilities

  • Responsible for helping oversee all transportation tasks at the stadium, including crossing guards, greeters and parking sorters
  • Observe, monitor and track traffic flow and pedestrian safety initiatives within parking areas.
  • Collaborate with parking partners and internal staff to deliver a smooth, efficient arrival and departure experience for all guests.
  • Assist with the oversight of VMS boards on the roadways, ensuring that placement and messaging is correct
  • Organize parking briefing notes, deployment sheets and dot maps to ensure staff are always in the correct place
  • Work with Commanders partners to ensure an overall great experience in the parking lots
  • Assist in overseeing employee shuttle operations at Northwest Stadium
  • Handle gameday parking lot issues with necessary parties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must commit to work all Commanders Home games, Major Stadium Events, and potential playoff games
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent required
  • Valid state driver's license required
  • Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to learn is required
  • Possess a professional attitude that is customer service oriented
  • Effective writing, telephone, and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours
  • Good judgment and detail-oriented
  • Able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
  • Able to work in varying weather conditions and to
  • Able to work on feet for extended periods of time
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position is designated as an "essential employee" and may be required to stay beyond regular work hours and/or report in from off-duty to assist with minimum staffing coverage

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
  • Previous experience with a sports team

Schedule
