About the role
The Parking Operations Account Manager oversees day-to-day activities related to parking garage and surface lot management across over 1,000 nationwide locations. This role is responsible for account performance in financial, government compliance, and customer/client satisfaction objectives, while maintaining client relationships to generate new business opportunities. The Account Manager leads, trains, and develops Premium Parking staff and reports to the Market President.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain positive, strong relationships with clients, including responding to client requests and concerns and attending meetings with property owners and real estate management organizations.
- Complete weekly financial reports and monthly projections, communicating with executive leadership.
- Maintain parking software and billing systems.
- Maintain familiarity with access and revenue control system hardware and software.
- Direct projects related to the physical operation of parking garages and surface lots, including cleaning, repair, equipment maintenance, and security to maintain a first-class operation.
- Engage in the development of location-level financial and operational goals.
- Develop and execute marketing and operating strategies; participate in market research and new business development.
- Manage all parking personnel, including recruiting, training, evaluation, and salary administration.
- Comply with and enforce Premium Parking company policies.
- Develop and maintain positive tenant relations.
- Manage all aspects of tenants’ parking, including rent roll maintenance, contract files, and lease provision compliance.
- Lead special event planning and execution.
- Promote Premium Parking and participate in market research and new business development.

- Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel to produce reports and spreadsheets.
- Integrate analyses of data to discover facts or develop knowledge concepts or interpretations.
- Maintain a calm demeanor in emergency situations.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Parking management experience (preferred, but not required).
- Ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Detail-oriented and extremely well organized.
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
- No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years.
- No more than two minor violations (accident, speeding) in the past year.
- No license suspensions within the last 3 years.
