About the role
The Parking Operations Account Manager oversees day-to-day activities related to parking garage and surface lot management across 1,000+ locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivate and maintain positive, strong relationships with clients
- Respond to client requests and concerns
- Attend meetings with property owners and real estate management organizations
- Complete weekly financial reports and monthly projections
- Maintain parking software and billing systems
- Maintain familiarity with access and revenue control system hardware and software
- Direct projects related to the physical operation of parking garages and surface lots
- Engage in the development of location-level financial and operational goals
- Develop and execute marketing and operating strategies
- Manage all parking personnel, including recruiting, training, evaluation, and salary administration
- Comply with and enforce Premium Parking company policies
- Manage all aspects of the tenants’ parking, including rent roll maintenance, contract files, and lease provision compliance
- Lead special event planning and execution
- Promote Premium Parking and participate in market research and new business development
Responsibilities
Account Managers are responsible for:
- Account performance for financial, government compliance, and customer/client satisfaction objectives
- Maintain relationships with present clients to obtain references and leads for new business opportunities
- Accountability, training, and development of all Premium Parking staff
- Ensuring a first-class operation at all times
- Developing and executing marketing and operating strategies
- Participating in market research and new business development
Requirements
Qualifications for this role include:
- Parking management experience (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Detail-oriented and extremely well organized
- Valid license with 3+ years driving experience
- No major violations in the past 7 years
- No more than two minor violations in the past year
- No suspensions within the last 3 years
