About the role

The Parking Lot Attendant greets and safeguards guests as they enter the parking areas around Spooky Nook Sports. This role is part of the largest indoor sports complex in North America, known for its energetic atmosphere and friendly team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers that are entering the complex
• Direct traffic upon entrance and exit to the complex
• Keep flow of traffic orderly at drop off area and parking lots
• Maximize parking by guiding guests into spaces
• Provide a safe and friendly atmosphere in and around the complex
• Report guest complaints and accidents in the parking area
• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring and patrolling the parking lot for suspicious activity
• Collect parking fees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• Highly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
• Brought integrity to every interaction, takes initiative to jump in where needed, lifts up teammates to win together, and creates an environment where positivity and kindness shape every guest experience

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
• A positive and friendly attitude towards guests, customers, and fellow employees
• Ability to remain calm in tense or stressful situations
• Ability to follow directions both written and verbally
