Responsibilities
- Operates daily activities of the motor pool lot; issues and receives vehicles.
- Moves and/or parks vehicles as required.
- Controls and accounts for GSA vehicles and keys; polices entire compound; ensures vehicle windows are closed, controls authorized entry and use of lot.
- Conducts periodic inventory of vehicles, containers, and other various equipment to provide accountability.
- Operates and maintains wash rack and equipment.
- Prepares & maintains documents for issue, return, and receipt of vehicles, storage containers, and other various equipment as required.
- Refers parking related issues arising within the facility to appropriate authorities for administrative actions.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
Job duties and responsibilities may change due to contractual requirements to include working overtime, weekends, flexible hours and holidays.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass the standard background check.
- Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver’s License with no restrictions.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
- Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a birth certificate or a U.S. Passport.
- Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Bragg Installation.
- Two (2) years of experience working as a Parking & Lot Attendant or in a related position, preferred.
Other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
Must be able to work under general guidance of the TMP Supervisor.
