About the role

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at check-in and check-out lanes
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices
• Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
• Keep all work areas neat and clean
• Provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in English for safety purposes
• Comfortable using kiosk systems and adapting to technology upgrades and changes
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without accommodation

Qualifications

• Ability to work in inclement weather

Pay

$12.5 per hour with regular bonus opportunities
