Parking Garage Supervisor

About the role

As a Parking Garage Supervisor, your role is first and foremost as ambassador to our client, their customers, and the team members within our organization. Our Parking Garage Supervisors are responsible for exhibiting Propark’s culture and mission statement plus also recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of their team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fun, progressive environment in which people are provided strong direction and then empowered to complete their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and trains Ambassadors to ensure job expectations are met
• Helps motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment
• Responds to customer inquiries and complaints
• Promotes good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times
• Responsible for completing work orders related to equipment issues or other reports requested by management
• Monitors cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and reports any safety or maintenance issues to local management
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience
• Valid DMV driver’s license held for at least three years
• Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment
• Motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with strong experience in customer service or the hospitality industry
• Flexible schedule; position requires working weekends and holidays
• Strong conversational communication skills
