Parking Facilities Attendant

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of valet and self-parking lots and garages including man lifts, stairways, parking gates, kiosks, signs, traffic cones, and mirrors.
• Report all mechanical equipment malfunctions and worn traffic control identifications to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) year of related experience
• Valid driver's license
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to operate company vehicles
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Handle weights of up to 80 pounds
• Ability to direct vehicular traffic at entrances, intersections, and through construction sites
