We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. Given content: - Application Deadline: 30 September 2026 (metadata) - Department: Operations - Field(OPS001) (metadata) - Location: I61-D40_US-CCPCITY CENTER-PATROL DEPT (metadata) - Compensation: $19.00 / hour (Pay) - Description Position: Parking Enforcement Patroller (title) - Location: City Center Parking, Portland (maybe location) - Pay: $19 an hour (duplicate) - Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 6:00a -2:30p (Schedule) - Then description paragraphs: The Parking Enforcement Officer monitors... etc. That's about role/responsibilities. - Then "PHYSICAL DEMANDS:" list. - "WORKING CONDITIONS:" list. - "Key Responsibilities" list bullet points. - "Skills, Knowledge and Expertise" list. - "Benefits" list with full-time and part-time sections. - Then California Fair Chance Act text (legal boilerplate) - we need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. That includes the California Fair Chance Act text. So we should drop that. We need to preserve all substantive information, but remove boilerplate. The California Fair Chance Act is legal boilerplate; we should drop it. Also need to drop duplicated lines. We need to decide sections: - About the role: maybe a short paragraph summarizing role. Could use the description paragraphs before responsibilities. - Responsibilities: The "Key Responsibilities" list. - Requirements: maybe physical demands and working conditions? Or we could put under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe "Skills, Knowledge and Expertise" (skills). But we also have "Skills" heading separate. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: description paragraphs (monitoring property, answer questions, assist customers, work with team, etc.) - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe physical demands and working conditions? Or maybe "Valid Driver's license required, Clean MVR" etc. Those are qualifications. Let's think. We have "Skills, Knowledge and Expertise" list: Prefer high school diploma or equivalent; Experienced with Microsoft Windows PCs; Comfortable with devices running both Android and Apple OS; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Valid Driver's license required; Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). That seems like qualifications/skills. We also have "Benefits" list. We have Pay: $19/hour. We have Schedule: Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 6:00a -2:30p. We also have location info maybe not needed as heading. We need to avoid empty sections. Thus we can produce:

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ...

Requirements

Physical demands: Able to walk, stand for up to 10 hours; Able to bend, crouch, reach; Able to use stairs when required; Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Working conditions: Work performed outdoors for extended periods including up to entire shift; Subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold; Protection from weather may be provided but not necessarily from temperature changes.

Alternatively could combine into
    but it's prose. Use

    .

    Qualifications

Prefer high school diploma or equivalent; Experienced with Microsoft Windows PCs and related applications (Word / Excel / Access / Outlook); Comfortable with devices running both Android and Apple Operating Systems; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Valid Driver's license required; Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

But we also have Skills heading. The instruction includes Skills as a separate heading. Perhaps we should split: Qualifications for education/license, Skills for technical/communication. However the given list includes both technical and soft skills. Could treat as Skills. But we also have Qualifications maybe for education/license. Let's decide: Qualifications: Prefer high school diploma or equivalent; Valid Driver's license required; Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Skills: Experienced with Microsoft Windows PCs and related applications (Word / Excel / Access / Outlook); Comfortable with devices running both Android and Apple Operating Systems; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. That seems reasonable. Thus we need to extract those. Now Benefits: we have full-time and part-time details. We should keep both but maybe combine into a single
with items. The benefits list includes: Full Time Only: - Generous Paid Time Off: Enjoy 10 days of paid time off, plus 8 paid holidays, so you can rest and recharge. - Comprehensive Health Plans: Access top-notch Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family. - Life and Disability Insurance: Company paid basic life and Short-Term Disability to secure your future with essential protection for you and additional options for your loved ones. - 401(k) Plan: Benefit from a generous employer match with immediate vesting to help you save for retirement. - Employee Assistance Program: Access behavioral Health Care to assist with personal needs for you and your family members. - Parental and Caregiver Leave: Enjoy time off to support your growing family or care for loved ones. Part Time: - 401(k) Plan: Benefit from a generous employer match with immediate vesting to help you save for retirement. - Sick Time Off: Prioritize your health and well-being with paid sick leave based on state laws and regulations. - Employee Assistance Program: Access behavioral Health Care to assist with personal needs for you and your family members. We should keep all. Pay: $19.00 / hour (or $19 an hour). We'll put in

      $19.00 per hour

. Schedule: Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 6:00a -2:30p. We'll put in

      Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We won't. We need to drop metadata like Application Deadline, Department, Location (I61-D40...), etc. But we might keep location? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could drop all metadata or put in a short p at top? It says "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Probably better to drop it entirely, as it's not substantive for the job description. However location might be substantive? The posting includes location: City Center Parking, Portland. That could be useful. But we already have location in the metadata line: "Location: I61-D40_US-CCPCITY CENTER-PATROL DEPT". That seems like a code. The description later says "Location: City Center Parking, Portland". That is more readable. We could include that as a short p. But the instruction says "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short p with location. However we already have location in the description? Not explicitly. The description didn't repeat location. It said "Position: Parking Enforcement Patroller Location: City Center Parking, Portland". So we could include that as a short p. But we also have "Compensation: $19.00 / hour" which we already captured as Pay. Thus we can include a short p:

      Location: City Center Parking, Portland

. That's minor metadata. But we need to avoid duplication: we already have Pay and Schedule sections. So we can put location p before sections. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "PHYSICAL DEMANDS:" and "WORKING CONDITIONS:" as headings; we just include content in Requirements section. Now we need to ensure we don't include any empty sections. Let's craft HTML:

      Location: City Center Parking, Portland
