Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations
• Issue parking citations for violators
• Educate violators on parking rules and enforcement procedures
• Accurately record violations using handheld device technology
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
• Maintain professional appearance
• Check signage placement and wipe down occasionally
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Look for opportunities to go above and beyond — from small gestures to standout moments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
