About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, supporting parking operations, and helping maintain a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with issue resolution.
- Build positive relationships by delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach with a helpful and solution-oriented attitude.
- Parking Operations Support
- Assist customers in parking facilities, elevator lobbies, and traffic lanes.
- Help direct vehicle traffic when necessary.
- Perform cashiering activities and process exception transactions as needed.
- Provide vehicle location assistance and jump-start services as directed.
- Patrol assigned areas to identify customers who may need assistance.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report concerns as appropriate.
- Facility Maintenance
- Support the overall appearance and cleanliness of the garage.
- Wipe down equipment and surfaces.
- Remove trash and debris as needed.
- Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience required. Cash-handling experience preferred. Parking industry experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required (MUST have for at least 2 yrs)
- Ability to operate company vehicles

- Ability to manage challenging and emotionally charged situations while effectively de-escalating concerns.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and parking-related systems.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including heat, wind, rain, and cold temperatures.

- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting throughout the workday.

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $19.90/hour
- Schedule: Part-Time (24hrs a wk) with open availability
