Job Summary
What You'll Do
- Provide courteous and timely assistance to customers at the service counter, over the phone, and through email.
- Respond to parking-related inquiries and help resolve routine concerns in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update parking records and databases.
- Prepare documentation and supporting materials for second- and third-level citation appeals.
- Absorb and manage the campus abandoned bicycle inventory and bike impound operations.
- Aid in coordinating and supporting bike repair student employees.
- Learn and maintain parking maps using ArcGIS and other departmental systems.
- Process payments and transactions while adhering to established security and auditing procedures.
- Support departmental operations during peak periods and special projects as needed.
About Us
- High School Degree or High School Equivalency (HSE)
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Quality customer service
- Capacity for managing disgruntled customers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for clerical duties
- Values diversity
- Able to multi-task while maintaining a positive demeanor
- Familiarity with campus
