Parking Cashier

About the role

The Parking Cashier position at Legends Global involves managing daily parking transactions and providing assistance to customers at the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center.

Responsibilities

• Processes credit card payments and mobile passes via handheld devices.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with others.
• Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive.
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information.

Qualifications

• Ability to read signs and follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer or technology literacy.
• Must be able to pass a background check to include a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirements.

Education and/or Experience

• One year’s experience in a customer service environment.
• One year’s experience in retail.
