About the role

The Parking and Mobility Project Manager will lead initiatives to enhance parking infrastructure and mobility solutions across multiple cities. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of urban planning and transportation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for parking and mobility improvements.
  • Collaborate with city officials, developers, and community stakeholders to implement sustainable mobility solutions.
  • Oversee the execution of projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to senior leadership and project sponsors.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in urban planning or transportation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications

  • Experience with public-private partnerships and municipal projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainable urban design principles and best practices.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations impacting urban planning and transportation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with GIS and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
