About the role

You are a key member of the Park Services team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the park. Your role involves a variety of tasks including disinfecting public areas, interacting with guests, and assisting other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Disinfecting all areas that guests and team members come in contact with on a daily basis, including trash can lids, park benches, patio table seats, lockers, handrails, ride queue handrails, restrooms, door handles, etc.
  • Interacting with large groups of people in a friendly and outgoing manner.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment as part of the coaster operations.
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Reading and understanding chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets of cleaning substances.
  • Maintaining proper attendance and timeliness.
  • Able to stand for long periods and walk the park on a continual basis.
  • Able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to carry a backpack.
  • Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and execute quickly.
  • Able to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years and older.
  • Must have good customer service skills.
  • Must be able to read and understand English.
  • Must be able to give directions.
  • Must be able to read chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets of cleaning substances.
  • Able to stand for long periods and walk the park on a continual basis.
