About the role
The Program Supervisor II develops, promotes, initiates, and supervises a wide variety of passive, active, and developmental recreation programs for the Town of Hebron Parks and Recreation Department.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee recreation programs for all age groups
- Hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff, program instructors, and site supervisors
- Coordinate program logistics, scheduling, and participant registration
- Ensure safe, inclusive, and engaging program environments
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability for night and weekend hours
- Minimum five years of experience in recreation or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Pay
$53,095 – $55,890 annually, dependent on experience.
