Park Lead

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends
• Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers)
• Monitor on-site staff
• Maintain proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
• Promote safety for employees and customers
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the park and a family-friendly environment

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, some College preferred
• Prior experience in a supervisor-level role
• Proven conflict management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
