About the role

Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an LPN to join their dynamic team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The facility offers a blend of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a valid state license as a LPN or RN.
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Advanced computer skills, including email use.

Pay

$27.00 - 32.50 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Part Time AM (7am-12pm) Monday-Friday.
