Park Desk Clerk Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control the overall front desk guest experience to include registration, creative guest problem resolution, correct billing and cordial appreciation upon departure.
  • Motivate staff within Front Desk department and work to help establish a productive working environment for the park.
  • Aid in conducting training, lead department meetings
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing daily statistics.
  • Lead revenue meetings to maximize ADR, RevPAR, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supervise night audit function and ensure reports are accurately distributed to other departments.
  • Schedule Front Desk clerks and oversee the review process as well as hiring of temp service staff.
  • Analyze and generate guest issues, billing and daily reports, and communicate information to front desk employees as well as members of other appropriate departments.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a courteous and friendly manner, and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
  • Follow up to ensure completion.
  • Cookordination and assist with housekeeping department to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival.
  • Complete weekly inspections of rooms.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Education: High school graduate.
  • Experience, Training, or Skills: Two years of experience in the front desk operation of a lodging facility.
