Park Attendant (Swan Boat Attendant) - Lake Eola

About the role
Looking for a fun outdoor job where you can interact with people and enjoy beautiful Lake Eola Park? Join us as a Swan Boat Attendant! You’ll be responsible for helping visitors rent swan boats, keeping everything clean and safe, and making sure everyone has a great time on the water. This role is perfect if you enjoy being outdoors and engaging with people.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and help them rent swan boats.
- Explain how the boats work, the rental fees, and provide general info about the park.
- Keep the boats clean, in good condition, and ensure they’re safe to use.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming work area, including the boat ramp and waiting area.
- Stay alert and monitor safety and security issues for all guests.
- Work outdoors on the boat dock.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Friendly, outgoing attitude and ability to communicate with people.
- Passion for working outdoors.

Minimum qualifications
High school graduate and one (1) year of work experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk for long periods, bend, and stoop; and tolerate working outdoors. Valid driver’s license is required.
This is a part‑time position with no guarantee of a certain number of hours and no benefits. The position involves working on a temp/seasonal contract which can be renewed annually based on performance and business need.
