What You Get To Do
- Ensure an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park.
- Work in a team environment, modeling a positive attitude, a high level of energy, and an unyielding commitment to quality.
- Interact with others in a positive, professional manner.
- Maintain general cleanliness, organization, and quality of park facilities, including all park areas, and offices buildings.
- Perform janitorial services, including trash removal/disposal, sweeping, mopping, hosing, cobweb removal, storage room cleaning, dumpster cleaning, and hard floor/carpet cleaning.
- Perform park prep services, including removal/disposal, product stocking, special projects, and placement/removal of umbrellas, tables, trash cans, benches, urns, and dispensers.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, including supplies such as paper products and soap, to ensure a safe and welcoming guest environment.
- Report any maintenance concerns to leadership in a timely manner.

What Else Is Important
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift
- Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
- Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals
- Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat and cold temperatures
- Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement.
- Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe situations
- Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs
- Successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines
- Able to provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement.
