Premier Aquatics is seeking a fun, energetic, and experienced early childhood development professional to join our team as a Parent & Me / Adaptive Swim Instructor. This role involves leading engaging classes for infants and toddlers, providing inclusive instruction for children with disabilities, ensuring safety, communicating with parents, supporting the team, and staying sharp with training.

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in child development or related education fields
- 4+ years of working with children aged 0-3 years
- Comfortable adapting teaching styles to support children with varying developmental and learning needs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a StarGuard Elite Basic Life Support certification
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with children with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, sensory sensitivities, or adaptive learning needs
- Previous aquatics or instructor experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Child Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification
- Teach for up to 15 hours a week
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Pool is indoors and heated to 92 degrees year-round
