About the Role
Collective Montessori School Inc is an independent charter school created in order to provide children with an inclusive, diverse, authentic, and community-centered Montessori education. Our mission is to provide children with hands-on, real world, engaging and exceptional instruction that follows each individual child and promotes collaboration among home, other students and school staff. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families.
Responsibilities
- Supporting individualized instruction
- Assisting with classroom management
- Providing personal care assistance
- Monitoring student progress
- Facilitating social interaction and engagement
- Maintaining necessary records and billing
Qualifications
- High school diploma, required
- Experience working with children with special needs, preferred
