Supplemental Healthcare is hiring Paraprofessionals to join our team and work alongside teachers at partnering school districts to help students with special needs succeed -academically, socially, and emotionally.Every day, you’ll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, capable, and valued. Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent AND either a Passing Score on the ETS ParaPro Exam OR an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university; or at least two years of study (defined as 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours) at an accredited college.Minimum of 1 year experience working with childrenPrior experience working with children with special needs, physical/mental disabilities, or behavior managementProficient in the use of standard computer applicationsMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsThe ability to work collaboratively with existing staffMust have a minimum of two years of SPED public school classroom experienceContract Details:Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups with classwork, communication, and daily routinesHelping implement behavior plans and IEP goals with care and consistencyAssisting students with special needs who may require help with mobility, personal care, or emotional regulationCreating a positive learning environment where all students can thriveTeaming up with teachers, therapists, and staff to make school a great place to beCelebrating small victories every single dayWillingness to assist with physical or behavioral needs as requiredIf you’re ready to make a lasting difference and help students feel seen, supported, and successful, we’d love to hear from you.
