About the role

The ParaProfessional-ESOL position at Endeavour Elementary School is responsible for providing support to English as a Second Language (ESOL) students.

Responsibilities

• Support ESOL students in their academic and social development.
• Assist teachers in classroom activities and provide extra help as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities related to ESOL education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with English language learners preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Pass a background check.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ESOL teaching methodologies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
