About the role
Helps with care of animals, farm, and possibly teaches under supervision of CTE Equine certified instructor.
Responsibilities
- Feeding, watering, stall and paddock cleaning, and general maintenance of farm with equestrian program, small animal program, and gardening.
- Aid in care of all animals including grooming, medications, and care of wounds etc.
- Helping with ideas to grow program and facility.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable with horses and farm animals (will train in duties)
- Enjoys kids and animals
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Willing to work on farm in all types of weather (we are in AZ)
- Great attitude and enthusiasm about program
- Flexible when needed
