Responsibilities

• Aid in student learning and development
• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support
• Create a safe and inclusive learning space
• Support students with special needs
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older
• One of the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 60 semester hours of college coursework
  • High School Diploma/High School Equivalency with passing scores on the ACT WorkKeys or ETS ParaPro Test
• Must hold one of the following licenses:
  • Professional Educator's License (PEL)
  • Substitute License (SUB)
  • Educator License with Stipulations - Paraprofessional (ELS-PARA)

Benefits

• Starting Pay Rate: $19.00-26.88 per hour, commensurate with experience
