Supports the educational, behavioral, social-emotional, physical and daily living needs of elementary students with disabilities in integrated, resource, self-contained, and community settings.

What You'll Do
- Supports academic, health, daily living, and behavioral needs of students as outlined in their Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintains classroom activities, assignments, and materials under the direction of the supervising teacher.
- Provides daily living procedures such as toileting, diapering, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Lifts and transports students using appropriate equipment and technique.
- Communicates and coordinates with students and parents about routine educational issues.
What You’ll Need
- Specialized training in invasive procedures, such as tube feeding and catheterization.
- Must pass District approved written and physical exams covering de-escalation and physical restraint training.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain one within the state's required timeframe.
- Ability to live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
