Paraplanner (With Xplan or MidWinter experience)

Tasks

• Check adviser process for compliance
• Update or be trained in financial planning software when new versions are released
• Update financial planning templates
• Update approved product list
• Complete ongoing training
• Segment client groups according to business needs and service packages
• Keep up-to-date with technical knowledge, PD schedules & appropriate strategies

Skills Required

• Listen, Transcribe, and prepare financial planning file notes
• Enter client data into financial planning software or CRM (Xplan or MidWinter)
• Xtools
• Send off and follow up Third Party Authority requests from super funds, investment platforms, and insurance providers
• Follow up with clients for outstanding information via email
• Workshop advice strategies with Adviser
• Perform financial modeling for client strategies
• Compare different financial planning modeling scenarios for clients
• Prepare personal insurance cover analysis and quotes
• Compare product comparisons
• Prepare Advice documents such as SoA, RoA, and EO documents
• Complete client application forms, rollover forms, insurance applications & redemption requests
• Client appointment scheduling via email templates
