About the role

This growing wealth management firm is investing heavily in smarter, AI-driven processes and is seeking a Paraplanner with 1–2 years' experience to join their team during an exciting period of change.

Responsibilities

• Critical yield calculations
• Writing suitability letters
• Processing pension transfers
• Using an AI-powered workflow platform to manage pension transfer and technical tasks
• Providing technical support to advisers across a busy, collaborative practice

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ paraplanning experience
• Confident with technical calculations and suitability writing
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
• Someone who enjoys working both independently and within a supportive team
