About the role
Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity. This is a TRAVEL position requiring 80% travel across multiple states - NOT a local role. This role requires at least 80% travel to support episodic in-home care operations across various markets, providing care coverage in multiple geographic regions. Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, Missouri, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, or District of Columbia.
Schedule
The schedule is expected to be Monday – Friday 10am - 6pm local time with flexibility based on member needs, visit locations, and virtual acute care support.
Pay
The role offers a base hourly range of $29/hr - $36/hr in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
