About the role
Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
This is a full-time, rotating shift position. The Paramedic is a licensed paramedic who assists in patient care under the direction of the RN and within the scope of his/her practice. S/he helps maintain a safe and clean environment and assists with secretarial duties and stocking as needed.
Responsibilities
- Holds shift accountability for providing care to patients in accordance with recognized techniques, standards of practice, and hospital policy and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Florida Paramedic License
- BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- CPI certification (within 30 days of hire)
- PALS certification (within 180 days of hire or transfer for inexperienced candidates)
