About the role
Our Emergency Department teams are committed, caring groups of colleagues passionate about creating positive patient interactions. As a Paramedic with us, you will:
- Implement technical procedures and care to Emergency Department patients safely and effectively
- Work responsibly under the direct supervision of ED physicians, performing care in accordance with physician’s orders, policies, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies
- Perform lab testing as assigned based on protocol, documenting results and communicating critical findings as defined
Requirements
- Current certification/licensure as a Paramedic per state requirements
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a field paramedic with an EMS agency and/or clinical experience working in a hospital (preferred)
