About the role
We are seeking passionate Paramedics dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care using advanced medical skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess call situations and determine appropriate actions following Paramedic protocols.
- Provide advanced medical care with equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and reassurance.
- Lead scene and unit management as a Paramedic team leader when needed.
- Drive the ambulance during 911 responses.
- Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote the organization’s image and foster community relations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- State Paramedic License and Driver’s License
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic
- Valid driving record and ability to pass physical agility tests
- Healthcare experience preferred
