Provides essential office support within the Library Administration department for our 13-branch library system. This role coordinates centralized payroll timekeeping and purchasing, handles high-volume administrative tasks, and provides daily clerical support to keep system-wide functions running accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify all branch timesheets for final data entry submission to County Payroll Department to ensure accurate payments.
- Track and process benefit time, medical leaves, and Family Medical Leave (FML) with accuracy.

The Monmouth County Counsel’s Office is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Clerical Assistant to support the team by processing, reviewing, and organizing contracts and vendor agreements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading standard contracts and legal agreements.
- Track contract execution stages (signatures, revisions, and approvals).
- Digitize, file, and index active and archived contracts.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 35 hours per week.
Pay
Salary range: $50,000 to $75,000 (dependent on qualifications).

- Facilitate three one-hour AA classes, including "Open" and "12 Step" formats, over two four-hour workdays.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Division’s Fair Hearing Liaison in preparing for administrative appeals (Fair Hearings) when the Division denies or terminates a client from welfare programs such as Medicaid, Food Stamps (SNAP), or housing programs.
- Act as backup to the Fair Hearing Liaison and represent the Division at Fair Hearings in their absence.
- Assist the Division’s Fraud Unit in preparing cases for referral to the County Prosecutor’s Office.

- Request and review documents from customers.
- Prepare case files for eligibility determination.

All Monmouth County positions are on-site; there are no provisions for remote work.
