About the role

The Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group at Winstead is seeking a paralegal with prior commercial real estate experience to join our Houston office.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents
• Reviewing and analyzing title policies and endorsements
• Preparing related work product

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience working for a law firm or title company on title and survey review
• Preferably meets one of the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies
• CLA Certification

Qualifications

Highly organized, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism, and enjoys a team-oriented working environment.
