Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and all parties involved in real estate transactions
- Cook up and prepare files for residential real estate closings from contract to close
- Request and review all required documentation to ensure compliance with contract terms
- Verify payoffs, taxes, liens, and other financial components of each transaction
- Partner with attorneys to ensure accuracy and approval of all legal documents
- Schedule and coordinate closing appointments with all involved parties
- Maintain organized, accurate files while managing multiple transactions simultaneously
What You Bring:
- Experience in real estate, title, escrow, or legal support roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience with SoftPro Select or similar closing software is a plus
