Paralegal Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Paralegal Manager to lead a cross-functional team of paralegals across multiple client accounts. You'll own operational workflows, SLA compliance, and team performance while serving as the connective tissue between clients, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Train, review, and mentor a team of paralegals across multiple client accounts
• Design and refine scalable workflows tailored to client-specific immigration processes
• Partner with attorneys to ensure timely case processing and proactive risk mitigation
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders
• Drive training initiatives for new paralegals on legal tech, documentation, and workflows
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions aligned with internal KPIs and client SLAs
• Standardize process documentation to support collaboration across geographies

Requirements

• Must-have: 8+ years of paralegal experience, including high-volume, multi-case-type environments
• Must-have: Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring other paralegals
• Must-have: Proven ability to design and improve operational workflows at scale
• Must-have: Experience ensuring SLA compliance and tracking performance metrics
• Must-have: Comfort using case management systems and generating compliance reports
• Nice-to-have: Experience in immigration law
• Nice-to-have: Enthusiasm for adopting and implementing legal technology solutions
