Hall & Evans, LLC, one of Colorado's oldest and most reputable trial firms, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support various practice areas in our Downtown Denver office.
Responsibilities
- Obtain, review, and analyze medical, financial, tax, employment records, or any other relevant documents.
- Prepare medical record summaries.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence.
- Experience billing time.
- Anticipate attorneys’ needs, identify problems, and find solutions.
- Work with limited supervision, independently or as part of a team.
- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Exercise a high degree of tact, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Organize and prioritize a high-volume workload to meet time-critical deadlines.
- Flexibility to work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Lift 25 lbs. when necessary.
Requirements
- Civil litigation experience with a defense firm, preferred.
- Colorado civil litigation experience, required.
- Well-developed writing and research skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to stay focused on numerous details while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a mature, professional, and personable presentation.
- High level of integrity and personal accountability.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- ABA Paralegal Certificate, preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, preferred.

Pay
$55,000 to $93,400 annually.
Schedule
Hybrid working schedule (3 days in-office and 2 days remote) after successfully completing the training period.
