Paralegal

About the role

We're partnering with a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role offers strong case exposure, a collaborative environment, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution
• Draft and respond to discovery
• Prepare court filings and litigation documents
• Aid in trial preparation and trial binders
• Conduct client intake meetings and maintain client communication
• Cook up with attorneys, case managers, and support staff
• Support attorneys with case strategy and day-to-day litigation needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience
• Employment law and/or personal injury experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience handling discovery, filings, and trial preparation
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
• Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required

Technology

• Litify experience preferred
• Westlaw experience preferred

Pay

Starting at $75,000+ DOE
Bonus eligible
