Thorndal Armstrong is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for their Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of prior insurance defense experience and proficiency in all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage document productions
- Prepare authorizations to access privileged information
- Draft 16.1 disclosures
- Cook with experts to provide necessary documents
- Summarize medical records
- Organize documents, records, and exhibits for trial
Requirements
- A strong understanding of Federal and State Court filing systems
- The Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure
