Our primary focus is on personal injury, with specialized expertise in managing cases involving car accidents, motorcycle crashes, truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, and wrongful death claims. We pride ourselves on putting clients first and ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload of approximately 70–80 active files, with the goal of keeping files moving efficiently from post-intake through final resolution.
  • Work alongside a Legal Support Specialist in a pod structure, with the Case Specialist focused on medical record and bill retrieval while you oversee overall case progression.
  • Support both pre-litigation and litigation matters, coordinating with the appropriate attorney as cases move through each stage.
  • Review medical records and bills for accuracy and completeness, compare bills against records, review Medcron summaries, analyze subrogation liens, and identify discrepancies or unrelated charges.
  • Draft settlement demand/submission brochures for insurance adjusters and work with the attorney during settlement negotiations.
  • Handle medical bill reductions and other case tasks requiring critical thinking, follow-through, and judgment.
  • Prepare complaints, discovery responses, initial pleadings, jury demands, appearances, and routine motions such as continuances and extensions of time using firm templates and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and current case information in Filevine to support efficient case movement and timely closure.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, attorneys, and team members to keep cases moving and support an excellent client experience.
  • Identify issues early, raise concerns quickly, meet deadlines, and bring a solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of paralegal experience preferred, ideally in personal injury, with the ability to contribute quickly while remaining adaptable to Team Green Law’s processes.
  • High-Volume Case Management: Comfortable managing approximately 70–80 active files while maintaining accuracy, organization, and strong communication.
  • Personal Injury Knowledge: Experience with medical record review, billing analysis, demand preparation, settlement support, litigation documents, and case progression.
  • Filevine Experience: Experience with Filevine is preferred, though strong case management software experience will also be considered.
  • Communication Style: Strong communicator who is comfortable speaking up early, raising issues directly, and working closely with attorneys and teammates.
  • Culture Fit: Positive, team-oriented, accountable, and solution-focused; avoids excuses, chronic negativity, and unnecessary drama.
  • Adaptability: Coachable and able to receive direct feedback professionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate or degree is not required; practical experience and the right mindset are more important.

Pay

$70,000–$80,000, depending on experience and overall candidate fit.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
