Paralegal
About the role
Provides paralegal support to attorneys on agreements, projects and document management; prepares legal documents.
Qualifications
- Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of full-time experience in a business or law firm setting; or Associate’s degree and 4 years of full-time experience in a business or law firm setting.
- Note: Required degrees must be from accredited schools, colleges or universities or ones recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
- Preferred Qualifications: (i) drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts; (ii) working in a health care, academic, or government entity setting; (iii) other relevant drafting experience; (iv) familiarity with privacy and security rules and regulations; (v) performing work related to observational or clinical research; (vi) licensing or other intellectual property related work; and (vii) working within a contract management system.
