Paralegal
Responsibilities
- Manage case files, maintain organized records, and track key deadlines across active litigation matters.
- Cook discovery activities by gathering, reviewing, and preparing materials for production and response.
- Aid attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, document indexing, and case chronology development.
- Use case management software to monitor matter status, update records, and support efficient workflow across assignments.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and litigation support materials with accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct factual research and compile information needed for pleadings, motions, and other case-related submissions.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to obtain documents, clarify case details, and ensure timely follow-up on litigation tasks.
Requirements
- Experience supporting civil litigation matters in a paralegal capacity.
- Working knowledge of discovery processes, document review, and production coordination.
- Ability to assist with trial preparation and manage materials under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with case management software and standard legal support tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate legal records.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
