Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Cook up and maintain organized case files for intellectual property disputes, guaranteeing materials are current, accessible, and appropriately cataloged.
• Prepare, sort, and manage documents utilized in discovery, including evidentiary records and supplementary litigation materials.
• Aid legal teams in trial readiness by assembling binders, exhibits, and other hearing or courtroom documentation.
• Monitor deadlines, filings, and case activity to support the timely progression of litigation matters.
• Utilize case management systems and litigation support tools to track documentation, case developments, and associated records.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to gather data, support defense strategies, and maintain precise matter documentation.

Requirements

• Experience supporting civil litigation matters in a paralegal capacity.
• Working knowledge of trial preparation processes, including exhibit and binder assembly.
• Familiarity with case management software and litigation support systems.
• Background in intellectual property litigation or closely related legal matters is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle large volumes of documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills in deadline-driven environments.
