Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate relationships
  • Conduct initial phone screenings
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles
  • Coordinate interviews with clients
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
